These Pasta size Littlenecks Clams are from the Gulf of Mexico, and are concidered by many to be sweeter and more tenderr than their counterparts from the Pacific Northwest.These are harvested earlier, and attributing to their smaller size. The average size is 1 lb per serving, 12 to 15 per lb.
